It's a thankless task but one which would be made easier if they did this once a month.

It's obvious we're not knocking on SL's door but neither are we at death's. Until someone stumps up the cash we are fortunate to have these guys at the helm to steady the ship in choppy waters.

How can you agree a rent, move in then half way through say I am not happy that next door have a bigger kitchen so I am not paying it any more.

What about u23 games that are played at the shay..... I'm pretty sure usage is even after those games.

Halifax RLFC pay £4290 per month inc vat and FC Halifax pay £3000 per month inc vat. And just to confirm even with the U20 still play less games! These are the facts. All the rugby club want is parity simple

You also have a club shop and offices in the east stand, while the football have no shop and use the run down offices by the skircoat. You entered into a rental agreement with the
Council. As did the football club..

Has the rent been paid as per the agreement. Yes.

Can a tenant renegotiate the terms with the landlord. Yes.

Would you want to do so if you were paying an extra £1290 per month. Yes.

Have Reactiv ended their interest in the Shay. Yes.

You should be happy, I don't understand what your problem is.

Oh and by the way Tony Abbott is still here proving his interest was not "Only in the Shay" as per the mass of hysterical claims from Town fans. Fact. Yes.

Good interview, I think we all know the guys have the club at heart, in the same way that we do. Most on here were calling for KH's removal and it has been done, don't complain.
On the previous Fax TV where KH bemoaned the training facilities it does seem it a bit strange that he waited so long to do it, the team have been training at the college for ages and it's the same facilities that Lee G uses day in, day out.
Last time there was a big call for KH as coach lets hope we ignore anything like that and get the right man.
