There have been a few comments on here about the foundations that are being set by our BOD.
My main complaint is that it is impossible to tell if these are having any impact on the clubs financial position as we don't say much or publish figures. The last set of accounts, and these are short form so quite opaque, were as at 30/12/14. Next ones are due by 31/8/16, our BOD always leave it to the last minute to file details.
If you look at where we have been
30/12/14 showed us with negative shareholders funds of £365,619 and a loss of £591,245 30/12/13 showed us with negative shareholders funds of £274,935 and a loss of £455,569 30/12/12 showed us with negative shareholders funds of £219,142 and a loss of £339,769
I'm guessing these are to November, not December, given that the next ones are due in August (nine months after the year end) ? Plus 30th December is a tad unusual ....
2013 deficit of £274,935 + the loss of £591,245 = £866,180, so that suggests someone pumped in £500,000 or thereabouts in terms of share capital. Plus £400,000 the year before.
Ach - you're safe for just as long as someone doesn't get fed up of writing cheques out every month to fund the wages. Same as the rest of us.
As to the quality of information, blame the Government. From next year, it'll get even worse.

Accounting date is 31/12. Next accounts as at 31/12/15 due by end of August.
Your analysis is incorrect this is the commutative loss not annual, so as said earlier losses per year over £100k

Surprised to hear that the accounting date is 31 December as the Balance Sheet says 30th November 2014.
Suppose I should've fished them out myself rather than rely on someone who can't even get the date right....
Yeah - you're right. You need to take this year's losses from last year's to see how you've done in 2014, so you only lost £135,685. Much better scenario.
Somebody bought £45,000 of shares, just before the year end.
It would save me a load of brass Ian. I dread to think what I've spent following Fax over the years. Got to say money well spent though. The Percy Shaw, Chelsea Brewing Company, Alpha Pale Ale 5.0% Mmm!
Makes me think lets say we are well down the league next season and our support drops off so we become drift wood the Fat Controller and the RFL will have finally got their wish, thing is it won't only be us that suffer as while Toulouse and the year after Toronto become the top dogs in our world there will be no away support not the few hundred we take to most of the nearest clubs and even 100 to 200 to other places so the lower clubs will lose out big time but hey as long as we can say we have RL clubs in far away lands the Fat Controller is happy, for him it is better than little old Halifax, Oldham or Featherstone as we al don't fit in his fantasy RL land do we?

Spot on F4L, which is part of the reason that I'd like to see Leigh get promoted and the like of Huddersfield get relegated.
Does make you wonder financially how stable the club is - I always wonder why the club doesn't do more marketing especially of the big games like last week v Fev BIG MATCH but yet no posters , flyers , billboards and nothing in Courier - not everyone is on social media.
Barring a very small sign at Hunger Hill theres nothing - but when I've been to Bradford , Wakey and Huddersfield the games are very well advertised.
FC Halifax Town have Billboards for their season tickets and an advert in Courier - so why don't Fax advertise and not rely on fans to do it for them?
I've said before on match day 'you could walk past Shay and not even know there was a game on'.........

I've said it elsewhere that the club seem to be making it up as they go along, and seem to think they know better than everyone else when it comes to marketing. Big screen (fail) and Fax TV Pro (fail) spring to mind.
I was really impressed by the FCHT billboards and even spotted a pile of HTFC (Huddersfield) flyers for next season when I was picking up a sandwich for lunch earlier today.
I never see anything like this from Fax. They need to get away from thinking that the digital world means everything (a legacy from Reactiv Media perchance?), and use some more "traditional" means to advertise. At least I'm not getting recorded phone messages imploring me to attend a game I was going to anyway!
