I would, for example personally I see no reason why Toulouse will be more competitive this time around compared to how they were last time, and though I take your point this time last year people where saying the top 4 is bound to be Bulls/Leigh/Fax/Sheffield however the season didn't turn out that way.
Here's my guess (and nothing more than a guess which BTW which is biased ):
1) Bulls
2) Fev
3) Hull KR
4) Fax or London
I have a sneaking suspicion that London will not be the surprise next year in a similar way to what happened with Fax this year.
