Yeah its funny how quickly clubs quieten down when they come out with statements threatening action when they are reminded by the RFL about their terms of inclusion in the competition.

I'd say let the likes of Wigan and Leeds go away and play with themselves, and us lot break away creating a strong part time competition played in the winter, with good old fashioned derbies slinging it out under floodlights, having our own Grand Final. Get rid of expensive contracts and have "pay only if you play", charging fans only a tenner to get in. Job's a good 'un, eh?

If IMG were truthful they would just say the sport is heading nowhere around in ever decreasing circles. I would imagine there are numerous directors from various clubs thinking what on earth do we do now and why have i got myself involved in this mess.

One thing that slightly amuses me is this has probably killed off expansion for the foreseeable, something many supporting the change have been accusing 'flatcappers' of trying to do for years.....

Those RFL executives who have championed expansion outside the M62 and who have got IMG to produce this bollcks have defo killed off any expansion because any new club anywhere would only receive a lower grade C. They have shot themselves in the foot
