Nobbys got an easy job.... They need to :-

Turn up on time
Practice hard
Get fitter
Put some effort in
Tackle
Do as they're told

Then they can sit down watch the match videos and highlight everything the fans are already saying about the side i.e. our defensive patterns and tackling technique is appalling, and we are poor at slowing plays down.

Our set completion is poor, our attack is one dimensional, we have several forwards that are either inexperienced or too old to maintain levels of fitness required week in week out.

And...... some of the senior, better players think they are Halifax RLFC and need shipping out, we've given some folks a good living...

f we cant afford Nobby, I'll do it for nowt.. Matts had a crack, why not let someone else

If Matts position is not under threat according to Mr Steele, there can be only one reply 'YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING'??

Its extra cash that could have gone on a player, its good news dont get me wrong but fact is we should not have to do this, if i do crap at my job they dont bring in someone to do it for me or cover for me.

I have just had a call from a friend who works there and he sneaked a small spy camera into the Board room, Noble and Calland had a fist fight to see who would be Number one going forward. Looking at Nobles Lips calland got a few good ones in there.

The Winner though was Brian Noble with the Knee to the groin which must be how Matt is feeling right now.

Regardless the good of the club is all i care about and those using it as a cash cow can hopefully now goodbye, that includes players, coaches, waterboys ( we could do with a Bobby Bouche though ) physios and anyone else milking it down there.

No they would give you coaching andn devlopment and some support, After this time you still cannot do your job then the npowers that be have done everything to try and support you but with reluctance would let you go and find someone else who can, Thats my experience and i work in heavily targeted finance industry, Support, Coaching and development for a time and then if you cant do it, there is always someone else.

Just becuase its sport they still need nurturing and a learning curve to climb, you cant accomplish everything on your own. ( all this from me and i have been a harsh critic over the last few months ).

If nothing gets announced today, could be an interesting afternoon on BBC tomorrow. I'm sure Nobby will be at the leeds game. Can't see the BBC not asking him any questions live on air tomorrow

Ian Croad doing the deal this afternoon apparently, confident of announcement today.

I am sure the club will want to quickly announce if the deal is successful as will give time to boost support on Sunday.

Ian Croad and BODs have pulled off a spectacular signing if it happens, massive respect as usual.
