Anyway good luck to Halifax against the de-dars, and even though I do have a slight soft spot for Sheffield due to the fact that I work in the steel city, I'd like to see fax win since I like to see all the "traditional" clubs do well. And as I told MM earlier in the season I still fully expect to see a Fev v Fax final since fate has a way of sorting things out that way and sticking two fingers up at you!

Of course, Fax could get off their fat backsides and check the turnstile readings.

And the cost of Bramall Lane isn't deducted from Halifax's gate share. Thanks for spelling it right though.

The Cricketeers has recentley re-opened and now sells Real Ale and food, The Moor is a shopping precinct!!

I met up with Ashton & his mob for a couple of hours last year pre-match.

I still felt at half time, as I said to you, that Fax have the players that could win the game for you, even the 26-6 scoreline at the time was not unsumountable. In the end I think it was the lack of penetration and lack of tackling from the pack that let you down. I think Karl will turn this around for Fax who will again be a force next year.

Hope to see you next year for that pint.
