And Behold, a pale horse. And on his back his name was death.

The weekend starts on a Monday.

FCHT fans - saving the future of professional football and rugby league in Halifax

As you stated, crowds are an issue for many clubs in Football / Rugby League and no doubt a lot of other sports.

Also as you stated these figures are for league games only, the managment will have different allowances for other matches such as the cup competitions.

My question is.

If the break even figures are not being achieved in the league after say 11 games does that not mean that the figure for the rest of the campaign has in fact increased?

Would be a fair point except that the board made no allowances at all for cup games. We've had two cup games away from home where we shared the gate receipts (combined gate was around 6000) and another cup home game next week. On top of that there's the money we made from advancing to the 1st round of the FA Cup.

Obviously extra travelling costs etc come into play but it could be that the break even figure may have in fact decreased.

Anything else, other than Halifaxjohn's tedium and the usual mudslinging?

No nothing else except that a "may have" is not a "fact" and it may have increased.

Which means that the "lie" as you called it is not really based on anything other than a "may" or "may not" and may not be a lie at all, just numbers.

The figures are what they are.

The important thing is.

As you stated you were going to leave this forum alone if that issue hadn't been raised.

Now it's sorted out, please honour your own words and leave quietly because you wouldn't want to be caught lying would you. :SHHH: :SHHH: :SHHH: :SHHH:

Wrong again.

I asked a question and didn't present it as anything other than figures so the "YOU" and the fact your still here is a lie.

Now as you promised go quietly. :SILENCE:

Eeeerrrrrr no wrong thicko. You didn't ask a question originally at all. How about you read what you actually put instead of talking crap.

I said I'd go cos it looked like you hypocritical morons had stopped talking crap about the football club (something you guys never ever ever do of course, you're way above the Neanderthals and bitter Luddites) and The Shay sale.

As long as you cultist clowns are talking crap about the club I love or continue trying to justify the Shay sale through nothing other than your love of the deceitful spin doctor TA I'll still be here.

Sorry to disappoint.

Show me what I said, you are getting me mixed up with the original poster and using insults which you roundly condemn = hypocritical.

As regards cultists aren't you the one who first said you were following your exalted leader Blubba = hypocritical again.

For the record, if the council keep the Shay it will not be improved upon, nevertheless of the choices.

I don't want the Shay to fall into private hands, however if it was to be sold then TA is just as good as the next person.

Your love for Town is actually so misdirected and embittered by your hatred of everyone and everything else connected to the Shay as to undermine any potential good you could be doing.

It's actually embarrassing, I would really keep quiet. :SILENCE:

You're right, I was getting mixed up with the original poster. Who had in fact posted a lie. Which was my original point.

Nope, I don't condemn insults at all. You guys do though in a desperate bid to claim a moral high ground on the football fans, yet post as much drivel and throw as much mud yourselves. THAT's hypocritical.

Glad we agree re: private ownership. As for the Bubba comment - sarcasm is lost in the world of peanut hugging clearly. However my position on private ownership has not changed in my life so I'm not being hypocritical at all. Most HRLFC fans however...

Loving the moral high ground with your last two paragraphs too!! Some of the crap I've read on here and read/heard from rugby fans throughout the last 2-3 months has been laughable, with clear bitterness that the football fans did not bow down to your supreme leader TA, with insults and childish mudslinging galore.

I will admit that after the history between the clubs, starting with the Thrum Hall funds fiasco and cumulating with the latest friction between the clubs over the sale of The Shay, I have little time for your club. But by pleading 'bitterness' every time you hear something you don't like you just sound like a set or morons.

Why does this bother you so much? What's your knowledge of the situation and the impact it had on your club?
