Ahh well never mind, At least that will stop you lot from crowing about being a certainty to be offered a Super League Place on the 26th, seeing that you have not fullfilled the most important criteria of all i.e HAVING YOUR NAME ENGRAVED ON THE NORTHERN RAIL CUP AS WINNERS.

What a shame, that's another dream of you lot gone up in smoke,but looking on the bright side it means that only one team will be coming up from the second division, to play with the true exponents and masters of Rugby League.

I will leave you with the words of a very well known television charcter, " Halifax, Super League. My A*SE "

Played well and nobody could have complained had you won it. Sickener to lose it like that and it's not much consolation but you played a full part in one of the best games in years.

Unlucky i bet Gannon is sick as a parrot losing in two finals in a row.Last minute tries in both finals.Anyway you should get in the playoffs.

What a top set of fans the 'Fax lot are. Great banter and singing contest for a few hours pre-match in the Manchester and then hugely gracious in defeat. Can't ask for any more than that.

Fair to say you out numbered the ten of us in the Manchester mate. We couldn't really compete but to be fair our whole fan base was in yates with three of your guys. At least we won the competition in there. At least the weather was nice for us! Well played.

As for that blue thunder fella, do you find it hard to get your facts wrong twice in A week. I saw your previous post mate. Next time engage brain before opening gob. You are embarrassing yourself mate

Dear FaxForever,

One of the criteria that must be fullfilled in order to apply for a Licence to play Super League is I believe, to have WON the Nothern Rail Cup, is that not correct ? not just to have appeared in a final.

Therefore, ctiteria not been fullfilled, ergo, we don't want you with us.

However, knowing the " soft touches " at Red Hall and your bleating, whingeing , supporters, no doubt one will have to suffer another round of full page advertisements, pleading your case to be allowed to play with the big boys out of which my bet is that Red Hall will capitulate and allow you in out of sympathy, and not on merit !!!.
