Which is a damn site more than Cas and wakey have done, As for the Cas fan, if you dont like what you read do one onto your own forum. Can you not see we are seething from a corrupt RFL which has made me give up on it, stuck with it for the last 3 years but no more i'm affraid. If The club tried to take action then great, i will stay a fax faithfull and shell out my money, if we lye down and take it then i aint parting with Hard earned money.

too true, the only way that i believe that the club can now stop fans slowly drifting away from the shay is by the club standing up for themselves.

at the minute......in the heat of the moment i feel angry and sick at this decision!

and am considering walking away from RL full stop.

iv bought tickets for the CC final, SL GF and 4 nations final! how big of a mug do i feel!!!

As per usual the RFL move in a murky world of clandestine meetings to make decisions without having to provide any justification for them. All the time with the threat hanging in the air that it is their competition and they can do what they want (even throwing out members that don't tow the party line.)

Steele will be asked to attend a meeting to discuss this and may also be able to point out several Nigel Wood sized wholes in the RFL's argument but at the end of the day Lewis and Wood will not change their mind and Steele will be sworn to some daft confidentiality agreement at the risk of punishment for his club.

Resign Lewis and Wood and let's have men with integrity take their place... Proper RL people who understand the fans of this sport and will act with in the best interest of the sport rather than their own ego's.

I can only repeat what I said in another posting that Michael prior to that meeting needs to check whether legal grounds exist for an appeal. Because it is such a bizarre decision you would accept a challenge could be made. It just depends whether the club has the stomach for a serious fight...........

I have said all along if we do not get in then we should challenge - The BOD are not idiots and have good heads for business so I am sure if they had the stomach they would - I know there are plenty of supporters would lend a hand in whatever way they could.

The RFL make a decision and just expect all the clubs to go along with it - remember its not just a sport its a business and no club/business should be held back when there as been a clear injustice.

I would compare it to the Bosman ruling in football - one guy had a vision to change the whole ruling with regards to contracts and its transformed the transfer market in football - if Halifax RLFC challenge this decision I am sure the decision with regards to future licences would be clearer for everyone to follow.

I guess in short waht I am in saying is - Lets have a clear system and a level playing field.

Just watched Michael Steele having to fend off some pretty unfair and leading questions from Rob Wootton on Sky Sports News. Just to repeat the original post - Michael Steele... What A Legend.

Halifax have not even had the grace of a phone call from the RFL nearly 3 hours later ..... disgraceful.
