Yes mate I was there on and off over a 3 to 4 year period when 2010 were doing a lot of the refurbs on the former council properties.
Bramalls were the main contractors and they had their compound behind a big pub near one of the main rounabouts but I can't remember the pubs name.
As you turned down the side of the pub on the left was some kind of huge processing plant and on the right a football pitch.
We did hundreds of houses and never had any trouble whatsoever.
