theyre going to QPR today to watch Man Untd, they have a free day tomorrow but the whole squad has promised to stay off the drink and train cos they have a game soon after they get back home.

Chatting to them they are a very pleasant and very modest bunch of players who are a credit to their Club and to the game itself.

They promised to come back to Fax in 2014 if they win the NRL Grand Final.

Lets hope they do just that

Nice work Mike and Gonzo. Melbourne are the best and so consistant because they work bloody hard and dont leave anything to chance. I am a massive Melbourne fan for a number of years now and my friend is coaching the U20s and he has said the attitude and attention to detail is amazing. Hopefully that can rub off on the Fax players and coaching staff. Would be good to have Melbourne at Fax again

Been able to see copies of their training methods is a fantastic gesture from Melbourne and shows the level of trust between the clubs.

There has been a good and sustained relationship between Halifax RLFC and Melbourne Storm, and we should really look at what else we can learn from them!
