So let me get this straight, you = Halifax Town Supporters Trust who represent how many people (say at most 100 members I would guess) have had a 'report' completed by an organisation who are 'a co-operative partnership based in London and Brighton that specialise in helping people build better ways to work and live through co-operative enterprise'.
So this is basically a report completed by an organisation who are obviously biased in favour of community asset transfers written for an organisation who represent a tiny minority of the sports fans in Calderdale.
Also who are the people who have been consulted, why are their names not listed? Most reports to give them credibility list the names of the people consulted and their official positions, otherwise you can say what you like as how can anybody challenge it without knowing who contributed?
Plus the former Chief Executive of the Shay Stadium Trust happens to be your father Gavin.
From what I have read there are lots and lots of not very realistic assumptions, this report lacks factual substance and appears to be written to say what the paymasters (HTST) want and satisfy your own agenda, not a neutral position based on hard evidence.
