Thanks Charlie, I don't get carries away, I'm just a fanatical supporter of Halifax. However I believe we will get better and other teams who seem stronger at the moment will fade and lose some games! It's an exciting season
Quite right, they say great minds think alike, I can see no reason to criticise Fridays performance (although I have been told that I wear rose coloured spectacles and bury my head in the sand)
It's never easy at Barra, or any of the Cumbrian sides (wait for it, some plank is going to tell us that Barra is in Lancs just like last year)
BUT I found the whole day, 4 hours on Neil's Charra, the game and the 2.1/2 hours back a great day out.
I sometimes wonder what people want, some moan about not beating Barra by more than we did, but, look at today's results, recently we narrowly won against the Seagulls and thrashed Donny, today Donny beat that team (can't bring my self to name them twice in one post)
It's a crazy league, at worse we will be third, and yes, I know all you doom mongers will say that's not good enough, but as Karl said Halifax RLFC are not prepared to break the Salary Cap.
Happy Easter every one.
