The build up is huge within Leigh, I did corporate last week - I have done corporate at Wire, Saints, Wigan, Man U, Bolton W and International RL. The buzz and craic was huge and better than all those, some serious players in there who had been disenfranchised for a number of years are now back in, a few years older and considerably wealthier. It is looking and feeling right for us at the moment.
You have a great squad but you need a spark to get in that top 2, it is very doable

Once again Fax under Rhino put up a poor showing with a poor result. No excuses we have under performed. Yes we had Tonks and Murrell out but we should have the players to cover for such things. Simply fact is Fax have gone backwards under Rhino who although a top bloke is sadly a poor coach. For the money spent and players we have we should be beating Workington who will be lucky to finish in the top 8. I realistically cant see us finishing 2nd or even 3rd. We dont have a coach who can get his team to perform to finish in the top 2. We have players who simply are solid, but are not of the quality required to be a top 2 team. No doubt more excuses will be made this week. No wonder the club is going nowhere. Sorry but thats how I see it.

The 2 relegated from SL get 750k. Top 2 get 600k and 500k respectively approx then it drops to something like 300 and 200k for 3rd and 4th and then it's 150-100k for the rest I think or something like that. Fev have the cash anyway so I think this year for them is consolidation under a new coach. Think they'll be a different proposition next year. Still see them 2nd

I'm surprised by that distribution of cash. It's a lot compared to now. Clubs that seize the day will be rewarded - at least "half way" to attempting to wrestle with SL clubs in that middle eight.

Sounds great however if Starbug is to be believe things aren't that good.

Didn't go today but sounds bad, sadly the club do not seem to be moving forward on either front, it is getting to the time when somebody neds to put up as we've had enough shut up.

We're quietly heading towards mid table obscurity. Ssh, don't say anything and no one will notice it. Does the club really, really, want it? Doesn't feel like it right now
