Let's say we stick with Harrison...
How are we going to attract anyone new to the club? Fans/players/sponsors? How are we going to convince the stay aways to come back who are staying away because of the boring, passionless rugby we've had for nearly 3 years.
New fans - Come and pay £15 to watch a great, exciting sport where you'll be richly entertained and which really delivers value for money when compared to SL clubs. Errrr...
Stay away fans - Come and watch your team really strive to get back to where we once were and where we believe we should be, back to the glory days with attractive, entertaining rugby to make you come back for more. Errrr...
Players - Come to a club where you'll play in front of packed crowds playing free-flowing, expansive rugby, you won't be criticised publically in the press and knowing if you're in form you'll be picked to play in the team and build great relationship with your teammates. Errrr...
Sponsors - They are seriously well looked after and the packages they receive in the East Stand are definitely competing at SL level. Then they'll go out to their seats/viewing area and see how their money is being 'used'.
It's easy just to stand still and stick with what we've got. Standing still doesn't move us forward though. We've got to move on to move forward.
