Hi Charlie that is great news hopefully it is another top 4 SL player to compliment the squad you said is already top 4 SL material. I knew from the winky face on the Leigh board when you said that you hoped Fax went belly up after missing out on the middle 8's that you were only joking. All the best though in the middle 8's, go get em tiger.

Yes well done to Batley and the other sides who got into the top 4, overall they deserved it.

Leigh by far the best side in the comp, London improved a lot on last year, Batley were outstanding and proved hard for anyone to beat.

Fev came with a impressive late run beating their closet rivals when they had to.
No doubt RFF will be bouncing today and for a few days to come.

Come on Robin give us a few lines of "Were Fev Rhinos, Were Fev Rhinos" "But I don't care" "But I don't care"

As for Fax, with a poor start to the season and some up and down form in between with two games to go at home it was still in our hands but didn't perform well enough on either of them to get the results but it wouldn't have taken much for that to be different.

Disappointing, yes bitterly but still in a close call comp we weren't that far away.

Still can't fathom how we turned a positive 37 victory on neutral soil against the same rivals to a 6 point defeat on home soil in a few weeks..

The Blackpool game was a shock for everyone, nobody Fax, Fev, neutrals, commentators, pundits, bookies saw that coming.

Fev were shocking and Fax clicked and caught them on a bad day, it happens, the two league games were more like it, with nothing much between them.

Robin most certainly os bouncing today. And no amount of teasing over DR is going to wipe this big silly grin from my face.
Apart from the increase in central funding we now have home games v leeds leigh and hkr to cash in on.
After the bash i didn't give us much of a chance of making the top four.
But the last three wins have been so pleasing.... all against teams above us in the league....
Yes I'm bouncing. GFB didn't give us much of a chance and he's taken some stick on our forum of late... but he's divvied up on his bet.
I had an inkling richie marshall's 2nd season wouldn't live up to hos debut.
He'll have learned. As fax know only too well, being in the money doesn't necessarily bring success
