I was very dubious when RM signed him as I thought we had enough second rows, he wasn’t big enough and didn’t offer anything different.
As the season went on I noticed he hit hard in the tackle and put in some big minutes.
It fits in with SG trying to get the balance right between experience and the young and hungry.
On to the mystery new signing!!
