The outcome of the Bradford scenario will determine what non SL clubs must do in order to survive.
If the drawbridge is up then we must break away or receive significantly more RFL funding to bridge the gap, min £350k pa, in order to implement a FT structure ready to make the transition to SL.
If we don't get this then the heartlands need to break away - get away from the stupid Premier deal and the 9 home games. A 15 team breakaway with 14 home games and a NRC cup would generate far more income and end the stop/start fixture list we currently have.
It would also luvv up the 'expansion' pathway and make the CC a joke - can they afford for that to happen.
Two tens is the logical, inclusive way forward for our sport - lets see what happens and have the balls and unity to do something about it.
