The Championship needs to finish earlier too to allow the promoted club more time to sign players for SL.
Oh and I would reduce the amount a sugar daddy can invest in a club to say 33% max per season.

Which sponsorship money is that? Presume you are talking about Sky money, not sure how that is going to work if number of clubs in SL gets cut. The whole thing has so many questions around it and will take a lot of hammering out, though I think we must get back to some form of P&R.
