Even the Co oP deal on SKY wasnt really worth it, when it then went to Premier Sports the clubs should have said no

For a relatively small investement by the clubs they could put together a decent highlights/review/preview show initially on the Internet, but if done well enough could bring in some revenue via the ' Irn Bru ' SL/SKY type of deal on free to air TV

But that would require cooperation between clubs, something it seems nobody wants to do

Fairly sure a Leyther is involved over there , but it reinforces my point earlier, it isnt expensive to televise something anymore, and just as your director is maximising the income that selling merchandise can create by ' Doing it himself ' ,so the Clubs could do the same with broadcast content

If they took their heads from out of their nether regions and opened their eyes to the possibilities

I watched it, the final decider between the Canadian national team (Wolverines) v the USA national team (Tomahawks) won by the USA.
Not a bad crowd really and it is growing apparently.

Word is in one of this weeks RL press Northern Rail are still keen to be involved in the game and something may well be back for 2015.
