Flip it on it's head, all the information they are getting to how weak their case is from the RFL and this panel which will have looked at how the RFL came to it's conclusion and decision.
The Bulls appeal must centre on the RFL process, the panel is not necessarily there to determine the validity of that process rather that the RFL adhered to it.
Could be that Bradford think it's puss poor decision making by the RFL in the first place and their process is legally flawed.
For me it's not only about Bradford it's more about the RFL showing that they have handled this situation correctly, if they have fine but if not then they need to get their act together because another club down the line could be adversely affected by their incompetence which has a very familiar ring to it.
