Get a grip man. It's just as easy to type "our" as "are" on a keyboard, and one is correct (in the context of "our team") and the other isn't. It's also good to capitalise the start of a sentence and leave a space after a full stop (when I was at school, we were taught two spaces) - why? - 'cos it's easier for everyone else to read and make sense of what you're saying.Btw, it's "they're" rather than "there" in your last post. The apostrophe signifies the joining of the two words "they" and "are". Again, why important? So we don't have to spend time deciphering what's really being said.
