They're not perfect. They make mistakes. They lack resources but what they do or do not do is NOT through lack of effort. They don't deserve the constant crap that GFB dishes out - almost on a daily basis.
I think Michael was gobsmacked that Wakey were given a license after what they'd done and all the things they hadn't done and reacted instantly in front of the cameras. Their bid - at that time on Monday and Tuesday was better than ours because they now had a welthy backer. Michael's reactions - rather naively - was to question how a club that had gone into administration and had defaulted on it's ground promises could still be awarded a license. Now, in the cold light of day, would there be any purpose in releasing a document which basically says "actually, Halifax you're weak because you've no money"? We all know that.
