LOL at that last one. Bit of an eyeopener this thread though. No Fax fan even going to attempt to add a bit of balance by admitting that maybe that post was out of line in suggesting an Asian person couldn't think of himself a Bradford person as well, and so have rugby league as part of his culture? I'll even concede that my initial highlighting of the offending post could have been done more diplomatically and so a bit of blowback was fair do's. But that post wasn't on, was it?

You know what AF your typical of the way this country has turned soft and PC to the point of ridiculous! The way I see the comment is exactly the same as someone saying its a M62 corridor game is RL and Cumbria!! Is that racist to the south and elsewhere in he UK?? I absolutely get what John was saying and can also see it was a flippant poke at Bradfordians!! Let's be honest if the Bradford Asian community had The Bulls in their blood you wouldn't have had to do £60 season tickets!! Simple, the Asian community haven't adopted the Bulls or RL as the participation and support of Asians of the Sport is minimal!

Acknowledging that Asians are proportionally less likely to follow RL is fine.

Scoffing at the idea of a single individual identifying with Bradford and considering RL as part of his culture, purely because he is Asian, is not fine.

This isn't being PC or soft. It's basic humanity, judge people by their actions and words rather than their race. If John had said "When has Mr Khan ever showed an interest in RL before?", that would have been perfectly valid. But he said something different, something unpleasant and I'm surprised that the fact it was a rival fan who pointed it out appears to have been enough to dissuade every Fax fan who has read this thread from saying it was out of order.
