Do you mean Poskitt on bonus and if he fails he only gets a salary Only lose is Fax money wise

What did everyone expect our b.o.d. to do ? Just continue to lose monies without reacting to the problems ? At least they've done something. The info i have is that this bloke is on low commission based on high income streams from new & not existing clients. Give him a go, keep his hands firmly where they should be & if he fails to deliver, get shot. A bit like coaching or playing really, cogs, wheels etc etc. If mr Poskitt would like my phone No for any sort of advice, or just a chat he can get it from a couple of the b.o.d. at Fax who have it, Sarah in the office or PM me on here as i understand he picks up on comments from online forums. Oh, and just so that anyone knows, i work for free, no commission, no expenses, no winning or losing pay/bonuses involved. If there's any funny business, i'm gonna organise HalifaxJohn & RotherhamFevfan to sit on him at HT at a match next season as part of the entertainment package. We could take bets & put it into the club funds to see how long he lasts beneath those two rotund chaps, if he's still at Fax next season of course.

There are a few people like this Poskitt chap where I live, over here in Dubai. Ben Elton used to call it 'style over content'. And you can look close to home at Gulf Financial House and their 'ghost banking' style ownership of Leeds United. A different situation yes, but the fact is that there are many flash harry's who can put on a suit and talk up something.

Bringing in money streams is all well and good as long as it is not deviously attached to debt, commitment, interest or third party issues that surface later, meanwhile the commission is paid and this guy leaves fax needing a big brush to sweep up.

As for Faisal I would not trust him as far as I can throw him. As I have a bad back right now it isnt far at all.

POSITIVES
Someone upstream said give him a chance. Fair enough, I respect that and why not ? If he brings in real income streams then by golly that is what we need.

My personal view is I dont trust him and ultimately I think it is a bad move. I wanted to see 'fresh across the board' but we have a 'used' addition in a CRITICAL position to the club.

I will say though that Fax TV should get the 3 directors once a month, it is excellent to finally get them talking - and the BOD need to realise this is only a good thing and commit to Fax TV.

I could be missing something and often do but even allowing for some less than honourable intentions and motives I fail to see what Mr Poskitt could possibly gain from coming on board at Fax as commercial director.

He has been given a clear target of bringing in £500,000 of income streams, as Little Rich has said would he deliberately want that to fail and thus fail himself, it doesn't make sense.

If that is some sort of smoke screen what do Fax have that he or anyone else could take advantage of?

It seems as the BOD alluded to they can't win, say nothing and their wrong, do nothing and their wrong, say something and it's wrong, do something and it's wrong.

Listening to what they said they are not stupid and there is no way they would be doing this if there were any dangerous jeopardy involved.

They have and still are giving it a lot of thought, the recruitment was well under way before the departure of KH with some exciting additions to come in and still has some slack and option for the new incoming man.

That man as they said will be appointed at the right time when the right man comes available and apparently there is a lot of interest.

None of us have a crystal ball and nothing is a given until after the event but from where we seemed to be heading over the last couple of weeks it looks like a 360 degree turn around from the outlook we had back then.

If i can get to a game and have the money I will be there but i can totally understand the reasons why some people have not been going and do not think any less of them as supporters. The club needs to encourage those people to come back not push them further away.
