Problem is, whats a contract worth if the player doesn't want to be there and the club aren't particularly happy with the player?.
surely they might as well tear the contract up and both parties might as well go ther separate ways.

As for the link with The centurions,that rumour started doing the rounds as soon as Barlow found out Penky had signed for the Centurions as they are best mates 'apparently.It was even said he was going to Salford and would be DR'd to the centurions until things fell apart at Salford.

The beauty of being at the centurions now is if you knuckle down and continue to devolope then wigan will get first call on you

Good players will be always snapped up by bigger clubs. Now if you and others supported your home town club then that might not happen.

Come back and watch your team like 2500 approx did yesterday

Was that along with the Barlow to Cas/Barlow to Hull/Barlow to Hull KR rumor? But thats a player who apparently didnt want to leave.

If his agent has managed to get him some good money then good on him but by the sounds of it he is a bit of a tool and Sam would do well to listen to other sensible people that have tried to help him out instead of just thinking about the cash. Agents are just out for themselves most of the time but it must be hard to see it when you are easily lead and sucked in by the cash carrot being dangled.
