Regards Moi Moi, I thought he was probably their best forward today(some of them are stealing wages) although I did hear a rumour that he was lying on so long that one of our players could be pregnant.

I cant wait for our games against Leigh next season.

I would say your discipline was better than ours (until things exploded at the end) your handling was much better and your kicking game was better. Thought Ben Heaton was fantastic too and I have never really rated him in the past.

Probably not too far off, although I did say in the first half you looked very slick with the ball but there seemed to be too much lateral movement which Ive not really seemed to see from Leigh and they seemed to be in a rush to get the ball out wide without doing the hard work to earn those opportunities. Maybe that had something to do with our pack though........

Sorry Greg but Manning must be made of Teflon, how on earth he got away without being reprimanded after the brawl is anyone's guess, he was involved in three separate brawls and one point and came in throwing punches from behind when the second one started up with Acton. Doesn't disguise our staggering lack of discipline when the whole thing kicked off from us conceding a penalty while in possession, but both sides were as bad as each other and no doubt will be facing the consequences at Red Hall in ten days.

With regards to the rugby match that occasionally threatened to break out, I thought Fax played a cracking game down the middle and the kicking game was far superior to ours. Was a very soft try for us to concede in the second half and maybe Fax need that little bit more quality in the final third given how much territory and possession you had, but arguably it was a better visiting performance over the 80 minutes than Bradford came up with on the opening day.

My disappointment today was my mate Sam.
Regular readers will know I support Sam on here many times, however, I can forgive him for mouthing wank-rs at us, I can for give him for pointing at the scoreboard, (although to be fair he had very little influence on the result) but I can not forgive him for what he did when substituted.
FEV supporters said he did it at Blackpool and we said, never happened, today it did.
I hope it is captured on camera, Sam I understand you frustration at the hand of some of our supporters, supporters, I don't understand your animosity to Sam, but Sam, that action today was inexcusable.

Good evening John, such a shame I missed you,might see you at Blackpool, had a good chat with Bentleyman and Hudd Shay though, your question, I thought Fui had a good game today it took 3 or 4 Fax players to put him down every time,I know you rate big Sam I can honestly say I didn't see anything he's being accused of,I know he kept his cool when Bracek was using his head as a punchbag, the Brawl ,both teams were guilty,it didn't look good.

As for Fax?You have now lost 50% of your games,it predict at least another 5 losses before the season is over, I stand by my forecast of 7th place for you,tell you what Murrell has a beer belly he showed it to the North Stand on more than one occasion and looks very much overweight.
Of all the Fax team only Saltonstall would get into the Leigh team , I've heard rumours he's not happy with losing pay at Fax , whereas the Leigh player's don't know how much losing pay is. ,I did say the game would be hard and tough , I was right,Leigh had an off day today but still we won.Charlie knew.

A typical cracking game for me between Leigh and Fax with the result still in the balance right up to the end.

It included all that seems to go with these games recently for good and bad which both sides contributed to, never a dull moment that's for sure.

We've had a lack of patience at times over the last few weeks, trying to throw it out wide when it wasn't really on. But I'd rather that than never throwing it out wide. Thought Reynolds added some patience to our game when he came on and we improved as a result, until then brain farts which led to the red cards.

Reading these forums during the season suggested that you had a good pack, but maybe lacked the guile to take full advantage. Thought that showed to some extent today.

Alan in my match prediction I said it would be a very hard and close game , it was ,I think Fax played well , we gave them to much field position , to many penalties,and less bunches of 5 than they gave us I still enjoyed the game, the result more, onwards and upwards, I think we WILL get beaten somewhere this season , it just won't be by Fax.
