Okay.
So the fellow sports supporters that he does not want to see suffer are Fax fans in this case and that sentiment is echoed by the Town board?
To remove this suffering it would help if the Fax board were removed and replaced by people who would pay out of their own pockets whatever he or the Town board decided was right so the pitch was in suitable condition for them to play a decent game of football on even though it's the councils job to get the pitch fit for purpose as far as is reasonably possible.
This is in a stadium that he calls "theirs" even though it's not.
His level headedness is reflected by using comments over a sports pitch such as.
"Halifax RLFC isn't fundamentally a force for evil" and even that generous allowance is done through his pig-headedness.
In his own words these articulate and level headed comments are based on 17 years of biased thinking.
He says that the Fax board are keen to point out the short falls of the stadium and yet do nothing about them.
Well out of all that he said which bits are the positives, the " This is what he will do for the good of the ground" because I can't see any of it.
Anyway at least I feel a lot easier now knowing he is articulate and level headed, thank God he's not an extremist.
No matter how uncomfortable it gets for Town fans please do not resort to the tactics used when a different take over was being hatched.
