Yes, Eastmond agreed the squad is thin. For now he says that's has been good as he has been able to spend more time with the current group and on a 121 basis as well. But he said he is now able to look at further additions, he inferred that could a few permanent and then also some loanees. On the DR front he said there are a few options but and that when he may bring someone in he would prefer this to be for a number of weeks so that they can gel with the squad and what we do, but accepted that circumstances and injuries may affect that.
He was asked about assistant coach. He has delayed doing this, again he said so that he could personally spend time and build relationships with the players. But that he would be looking to appoint after Christmas with a few options.
