I really don't know what the hell is happening.
We could have won today but a couple of bad passes and the game went totally away from us.
Once again we were out coached, BUT, but nothing, our coach is just NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Don't start moaning at me look at the facts.

We really do need to face up to the reality.

Not sure we were out coached. Leigh have a better team than us thats about it really. This is MC`s chance to over achieve this season rather than under achieve. How do we think he will do?

At the end of the day we are just one game closer to the end of MC`s reign.

Thought they tackled better than us and were only expansive once they got in front. As a team I really don't think they were much better than us but the extra edge was down to coaching.

Having missed yesterday's match, obviously I can't comment too much. But I don't understand how we were "out-coached". I've read reports on here last night of fans questioning us trying to play a conservative game, how fans have said a couple of passes went astray where we could have scored, these type of things are all part of the game of RL. Like it or not, a player is in more control over the outcome of a game rather than a coach for 80 mins. As always, I'd question some players' input or lack of.

Leigh were expansive from the start. They played with a pace and confidence that goes with the "winning" mentality. Fax still struggle for go forward but as soon as we get teams on back foot we create chances. First thirty minutes Leigh bossed but as soon as Makele started turning them round the game changed. Just a shame we didnt finish Greenwoods break off , they would have been rattled. He is starting to look sharper with every minute played. Top teams punish you for things like that but enough plusses from the game. A few players to hit top form yet . Build on this towards the business end of the season with a win or two in next couple weeks.

i have got to agree to be honest MC just isnt good enough although i also believe the players have to take responsibility too for what happens on the pitch, the only reason we got the last try was because Millward brought off 3 of his better players, however the last 20 minutes of the first half we looked equally as good if not better than Leigh, so please someone shed some light for me and tell me how MC manages to de-motivate his team at half time?

i blame it on the fact you have lost key players e.g. branighan, tamghart and royston, and the lack of talented play makers you have. aizue is to old, as is holroyd.

On one hand I don't like just calling for the coaches head. But on the other hand, is Matt really that good? Yes, he's got us to two GF's winning one, but with the quality of the squads we had for both years its not suprising. Just worries me that when the squad isn't A* quality, will Matt be able to do anything?

And theres constant talk of his role off the field and the problems with Stanley and now apparently Ryan Clayton, I am starting to question is ability...

The players themselves need to step up, no question about that. But theres seems to be a huge split between the team atm and a complete lack of idea.

Ah well.

Yesterday was down to the players, not the coach, The game plan that matt had would have worked for a few things.

1. Greenwoods terrible pass would have turned the game there and then as we were building pressure.
2. Worrincy has got to learn to actually go for the ball as he is targeted nearly every game, He gave them a try by not attempting to even jump for the ball.
3. White needs to stay away from the whitewash, why the hell he ran into touch twice instead of going on the inside and taking the tackle, They would have held him up and we would have got penalties twice or else we would have no doubt scored as there were 3 tackles left each time he ran into touch

The defence yesterday was much better than i have seen most of the season. It was the players that let themselves down yesterday, on this occasion MC isn't to blame IMO.

If clayton is causing Negativity for whatever reason then F-off. Look what happened when Gene Left, up up and away. TBH i think if he is causing problems then maybe he should pull his finger out and prove why we signed him instead of York.

I take positives out of yesterday and look forward to seeing them progress on from here.
