Sam got a two match ban but will only miss the Sheffield game in the Championship as the u23`s game will count on his ban.

Correct - the Keighley U23 game will count because you don't have a first team game on the weekend of the 29th.

Still - as long as he misses the Sheffield game.

Will be a big miss. But its only 1 game and sheffield would have tried winding him up anyway.
