Banners and Flags at the NRC Final : Fri Jul 08, 2011 7:11 am  

I know I have asked this before the GFs and had little response but come on guys the Leythers are good at flags so lets make sure we have plenty there too.
I have got my flag but we need a lot more, lets have 'em!

As for the fancy dress while it is fun the problem is nobody knows who you are supporting, better to have blue and white shirts on for me lets have a sea of blue and white.

Its all good with the flags and Banners etc but where are you going to put them all ?. with No terracing to tie them too and it being all seater what are you going to do ?.

I not been a stick in the mud but i dont want flags waving in front of my face when trying to watch and as i havn't been before to Bloomfield road before i dont know if there is anywhere to put them.

If there is then i am on board with it and will get one bought this weekend. Someone who has been us know please.

I was going to take my flag but as FaxHali says, some people don't want a flag waved about in front of them. Think I'll still take it though but just let the missus wave it about so I don't get any stick

As for the fancy dress. If we all go as Smurfs then we'll still be a Blue & White Army!!

As one of our flag team, it's a proud moment to read that!

And ours will be there in full force, there is a rail at the front of the stand (and the same in the North Stand).

You and your team do a grand job, and I’m sure the one you’ve got planned for the top of the tower will be seen for miles around, well done.

I was more on about the big flags that you tie onto the barriers but in this case at the back or front of the stand where allowed. Like that one at the Shay earlier this season that was hung over the balcony by the banqueting suite.

Just be carefull as we are well known in fev as pyromaniacs and might just burn them.
