When I read the post, Get well Dave, I get very cross.

Here is a bloke like us, who went to a match and ended up like this.

I have no wish to open old wounds, but, things like this should never happen at Rugby League games.

Can I ask all Faxfans and Leighfans to make Blackpool a day to remember.

How could we get in touch with the RFL or perhaps Blackpool FC and say, before the game we would like a message reading out.

"Ladies and gentlemen, a round of applause for Dave Singer, a round of applause for a good game and a round of applause for a sporting day"

?

A very good post and the Leigh fans on here on the build up to the game have been fantastic and I know with them whatever the result will be all fax fans can have a brilliant weekend however lets not forget the foul, racists and thugish behaviour of the Leigh fans standing behind the goals last season and lets pray they stay well away from Blackpool next week because they are not welcome.

Don't think you're going to achieve anything by dragging that up, doesn't help anybody in the slightest. I've got no doubt whatsoever that there won't even be a hint of trouble next week and we can all enjoy the cup final weekend, regardless of the result.

Or the Halifax Town fans wearing Fax colours who rose to the bait at Fev if you're going to play that game.

There's no need to bring up anything from the past. This is Fax V Leigh in a Final - Why focus on anything else?

To say you are Halifax through and through your thought process leaves a lot to be desired, why on earth when there has been nothing but great messages from both Leigh and Fax towards each other would you bring up the past ?. You know the past.....things you cant change..... Seriously the worst post written since we qualified for the NRC final. Please engage ones brain first.
