Confirmed in today's Courier, Miles will not be a Fax player next season. Was wanted for next season and a deal was offered, but not enough money left to tempt him.

Good luck Miles whatever you end up doing, thanks for the memories of your efforts in blue and white.

Didn't someone mention he was wanting to concentrate on teaching or something along those lines?

The article in the courier is a little strange - its suggests that Miles was offered a deal but for whatever reason took too long to decide (maybe money ???) and then either the offer was rejected or declined.

It sends a messages to other players who are undecided as these offers may not be on the table for an unlimited time and it also suggests that KH wants to get the playing squad finalised.

Good luck to miles, he always gave his best and would be a quality addition to any team.

Similar situation to Holroyd the other year. I think the club are right to keep a hard lined policy.

Expect him to go to Swinton or Sheffield next season.
