Their organisation is crap.Phoned this morning about disabled parking spaces,got told had got wrong number,tried second one,told was wrong number.3 calls later told because I was sat in house and blue CAR badge was in car so couldnt give them number couldn't have disabled space.Have now booked parking space in which I can park with blue badge but can't use a disabled space!Stadium website sez club policy is that disabled person pays adult price and their carer goes free,ticket buying on-line doesn't allow you to purchase a disabled or carer ticket-yet another phone call.Person on end of line has to check with supervisor that what it says on website about disabled policy is correct,then tells me that my disabled partner and I have to sit in disabled area even though we don't need disabled access or a wheelchair space,then he has to check with supervisor that we can sit on ordinary seats-what a bloody farce.E-tickets came through in less time than it took me to close the website down!Hope for the sake of disabled supporters of SL clubs they get things running a bit more smoothly
