I thought Leigh dominated the game for long periods & had several disallowed tries, although we had a couple disallowed ourselves, Leigh deserved their win but I think these two sides show plenty of promise for the future. Best for us I.M.O. were Ollie Barrett at full back who scored a cracking try of a great inside ball, Connor Clayton at loose forward, Dom Booth on the wing.
Plenty to look forward despite this loss against a bigger, more experienced side.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to get to the U18's match at Oldham tomorrow as I'd already got tix for the Coldplay ( cold & wet no doubt ! ) gig at the Etihad & we'll either be en-route there, or already there & on the drink while the lads play in the mud.
