Which obviously shows as they want somebody to coach the team, I'd say Potter has right to complain against this as you only make a position redundant, not a person. It's a very sticky situation.

I understand Potter not wanting to work for nothing, it was a disgracefull proposition. However Nobby can probably afford to work for nothing and help the club he obviously has an affection for.
My point is that the fans seem to have turned against him, after all the success he brought to them, I would have thought they would have appreciated his gesture?
It has nothing to do with Potters departure, but all to do with Nobby going to Wigan.
After all we didn't reject him just 'cause he replaced a coach who brought us a lot of success.
