bootcamp is 6 30 thursday at the shay stadium come down and give it a go all fitness levels welcome male or female

Apparently from someone who went ,he couldn't walk for 6 days after a session but he said it worked wonders for his anger management and stress levels

Hang on that could be useful for us forum members
