Which has cost us most, the draw at Batley? a game we should have won, or the lack of bonus points.
A win at Batley would have put us top of the league, two bonus points from our two losses would have put us top of the league.
I don't think we can catch the Seagulls, but, can we finish above Featherstone?

Batley, Featherstone, home, Leigh away.
Despite the league table, I think Featherstone are once again the stand out team so far, most points for, least against, three losses, three bonus points.
A big win today and 2110 there, well done Fev.
Very interesting.

Before the seagulls start again I am not dismissing the other games we have to play, just suggesting the above are the most difficult games for us left.

We will beat Fev and Sheffield will drop points before the end of the year. We will finish top! You heard it here 1st!

There will be a few twists and turns yet but we need to win up another loss and it will be tough to finish top.

Sheffield are by far the best team in this league. I think we will beat Batley and Fev but trip up at Leigh.

Means nowt anyway. No discernible advantage to finishing top to what there is finishing 4th with this stupid playoff system. Even if you win the playoffs there's no real prize having already 'ticked the box.'

Not quite as simple as that though.

Due to the way the sport has been run recently, Fax, Fev, Leigh and Sheffield would get murdered in SL. We've been left to rot for too long!

I read that the RFU are selling naming rights to Twickers and investing the money in the lower league clubs so they can keep P&R, even though Hetherington has proposed licensing for RU.

Licensing must be crap, it's the only thing rugby union hasn't copied off league!

I quite liked winning the Grand Final last year - even though there was no promotion.

We haven't the crowd for $uperleague anyway. We need to be realistic.
