According to the RFL Website we hade the largest crowd in the Championship.

Fax v NWC - 1500

Sheffield v Fev - 1279

Dewsbury v Batley - 1193

Rochdale v Workington - 790

Keighley v Swinton - 673

Whitehaven v Doncaster - 560

Anybody know the official attendance yesterday? I never heard it announced.

When i walked up into the South Stand at 14.50 i was very very concerned, looked like we would be lucky to break 1K.

I know it's as frustrating as hell the way we are playing but none of the clubs with the exception of Leigh are setting the league on fire.

Eagles, Batley who have Aston and Kear and as we all know Fev have parted company with their coach.

Leigh have spent a lot more than us on their squad and Fev response is to do the same.

We can't compete financially with these teams off the field and the more that stay away and if more stay away (and they have a right to do so ) just contributed to the decline.

No easy answer as it's where Fax are at the moment.

i thought the same.Ive been to all the home games and this was the smallest crowd.
From memory the official attendance at one home game was given at 1200ish so anyone
saying there was 1400/1500 there is having a batley style larf.

One game this year the club were accused of lying because they under stated the crowd(I think it was the Leigh cup game) now your saying they inflated it yesterday?
They really can't win with some people.

We didn't play Leigh in the cup John.

Dewsbury didn't play Batley this weekend.
