I hope he doesn't mind me mentioning him but I had a lovely chat with him at the start of the second half.
He informed me that if all goes well he will see his 300th consecutive game spanning over 10 years, cup and league.
Miserable bug:er has missed one or two friendlies
I would also point out that he has seen all these games by public transport.
How refreshing to find someone who through thick and thin keeps supporting instead of saying "I'm not going again until etc etc"

Here Here John , Mick aka Bentleyman is a great Bloke ,as you rightly say does it all off Public Transport , and lives near Donny , he very rarely moans and has a good rugby opinion, I spoke to him at length on Wednesday night , great Bloke .

Thanks for your comments HJ although i do feel somewhat embarrassed,as i said on Sunday The Club are testing my resolve and commitment however it is easy to support a successful side and a lot tougher when things are not going well but that is up to individual choice.
My 300th consec game is when we play Dewsbury & if i make it to October that will be 10 years however im a country mile behind John Spellman at Swinton who hasnt missed a game sinc the mid 70S iirc.
Imust do better with Friendlies though
