were we naive to go for goal and risk it hitting post/not going dead ?
IMO should have booted it into carpark.

Doesn't matter if the hooter had gone. If it had hit the post its play on, they score they win. I think we should have just booted it straight dead.

I could be wrong but I think we had indicated to kick for goal, and ref had signalled our intentions before hooter went, so not sure if we are allowed to change our minds after referee has signalled kick for goal. Would of been interesting to see Tyrer just launch his attempt straight into touch instead of towards goal, just to ensure we didn't hit the post.

TBH dont think we'd have scored if we were still playing now.
Faxs second half defence was awesome, completely snuffed us out
First half, well I'd hope you agree we should have scored a couple we had at least4/5 good chances but just couldnt get over the whitewash.
Real gutsy display from both teams and defence was on top

That's how i saw it and no need to change our minds just welly it dead.

Thank's Batlad good old fashioned slogging in mud RL,credit to both sides,who
both seemed to play better up the slope.
