Switched on the television at 7.00 pm settling down to watch Emerdale, followed by Coronation St., East Enders and then another Coromation St. Mrs Halifaxjohn out for the night, a rarity, last time she went out was VE Day, Bacardi and coke started and Chinese ordered for 9.30. Shock, horror, all cancelled, Rugby Union World Cup, never saw that happening. And then, captivated, it started with Web Ellis picking up the ball and running with it morfing into Gareth Edwards, Jason Robinson and many many more greats. Jonny Wilkinson and Major Hewitts son (doesn't he look like Prince Harry) appearing and then Prince Harry, (doesn't he look like Major Hewitts son) giving a speech. And much much more. Absolutely brilliantly, my point you say. Watched by millions across the world, a game marketed so well that some papers would report on a Union Club game on a Sunday before a League International.. It's time the RFL stepped up, hope they are watching the next six weeks, yes six weeks, there will be plenty they can learn about selling a product which without doubt is better than Union. Possibly the build up will be better than the game, I will start watching, can't guarantee finishing it. Have a good evening fellow Faxfans, get ready for a real game tomorrow evening. See you there.

Regrettably Ian I am the only person in the world without Sky, if the kickoff times allowed however I would be over there. Like my visits to Leigh and a pint in the Wren. Good luck tomorrow, beat the Bulls for us please, although to behonest I think a draw would be better for us as we are going to win our last two games.
I've got a bad back but lass is fine. You never know, if results go right we could yet have another bash at each other in a couple of weeks. Stranger things have happened. Up The Fax!
