Well done and just deserved.

No one else needs to panic though. Other clubs fans would have us believe he was lucky other teams had poor form and all the other coaches in the league will work him out next season

I think most supporters will agree with the decision "if" they think about it.
Richard inherited a team that had been playing below its potential. Correct me if I'm wrong but he started the season with only one of his own choices. We were not playing the type of Rugby that we had come to expect. Gradually training methods, a more professional approach and team moral brought about improvements.
I am also lead to believe that, with the support of our board, significant improvements have been made behind the scene.
We all have our suspicions that some other clubs have not "played fair" but that for this "honour" is not important.
Well done to Richard and in my humble opinion the board and the players who have supported him.
It's up to us supporters to do the same in 2016.

Forgive me as i haven't caught much of the championship but does he have you playing the expansive stuff that Wire were playing pre 2015?

Yes I believe he has, we started off playing similar to our previous coaches tactics but as I say once his training methods and game plans were understood by the players our rugby became very entertaining towards the end of the regular season and more so in the middle 8's

How much influence, if any, do you think he had on how Wire played prior to him coming to Fax?

This won't be popular but I think RM was a bit fortunate to get the Coach of the Year award after all we did lost around 7 or 8 games last season and finished 4th in the League won only 2 games out of 7 in the middle 8s,I hope we are not building Rich up to high this season will be very competitive,I for one again think we should have gone full time and spent more cash on players.
