I think most supporters will agree with the decision "if" they think about it.
Richard inherited a team that had been playing below its potential. Correct me if I'm wrong but he started the season with only one of his own choices. We were not playing the type of Rugby that we had come to expect. Gradually training methods, a more professional approach and team moral brought about improvements.
I am also lead to believe that, with the support of our board, significant improvements have been made behind the scene.
We all have our suspicions that some other clubs have not "played fair" but that for this "honour" is not important.
Well done to Richard and in my humble opinion the board and the players who have supported him.
It's up to us supporters to do the same in 2016.
