Rugby express indicates we are to dual reg with a championship 1 side.This will enable our fringe players to get valuable playing time and coupled with the reserve side will mean our squad will be fit and primed should the first team call come..i'm sure Huddshay will have a differing opinion : )
ps.while on squad topic it is good to see facebook pictures of Miles Greenwood ripping it up at Portugese training camp.

Huddshay has got a different opinion. If it's not right to do it one way it's not right to do it t'other way! As I have said in the past my opinion on DR is not just about the effect it has on Halifax RLFC, it's about Rugby League as a whole. If it's not right, it's wrong! Up The Fax!

Any truth in the rumour that you, Hull KR and Rochdale are teaming up like Leeds/Fev/Hunslet have and that you are changing your name to Hullifax Hornets?

Not true Nozzy, but certainly would be better than Wiglei.

Actually after our silly fat Nigel era I am very proud of the name Halifax Rugby League Football Club.
No silly Bulls, Rhinos, Giants "centurians?"
The more clubs that revert to their honest original names the better.
Incidentally, what has Centurians got to do with Leigh?

John it's Centurions NOT Centurians, a big difference,as for what Centurions has got to do with Leigh?We adopted the name a few years ago because we had been in existence as a Club 100 years,hence the name Centurions,I hope this helps.Charlie knows.

So how confusing would that be if every club who had been around for a 100 years changed their names to Centurions?

Dont see why we need this. IF we have players that would benefit from time at another club, then they should train fully with that other club, and be committed to that club for a certain amount of time (e.g. 1 month loan).
