I mentioned to another fan recently that I can't understand what people see in Cooper, not done anything in my eyes.

I would like more game time for Callott, Davies x 2, RCS and WBH.

Simple really greg . A football manager who presumably has ultimate responsibility for the playing side performance can either blame , sack or move managers under them for alleged performance issues or work with that manager to gain improvement by very clear face to face communication . Every situation is different but communication is key to managers solving issues up or down the chain . I dont know but Has or will our football manager demonsrated those skills to benefit the club ? I think we can all relate to who we liked to work with and for and who we did not. Sometimes it is just about characters.

As suspected then, you don't understand the role. Either that or you have an axe to grind with him.

I think Grix will be just fine once he gets rid of the poor attitude players that Marshall brought in. The only thing that surprises me is that he hasn't been tougher on them so far when its clear a lot of them won't be here next season. As much as you would like to blame our football manager at every given point Im struggling to see how he can shoulder much, if any, of the blame here given he didn't hold the position before the season started so either you are unsure of the role of the football manager or it must be something else but Im sure we are all willing to listen to your reasoning as to why he could be to blame.

Sounds like blind faith to me. There is absolutely nothing to suggest that things will get better next season. He has the nucleus of a very good team and apart from a handful of games, he hasn't been able to get them to perform. Its all well and good saying that when he gets his own guys in but I am sceptical about what kind of player he might be able to attract. I might be wrong but there is massive concern when they have played exactly the same way for 5 games. Clearly, lots of factors effect performances on the field but he hasn't been able to alleviate the slide. Still early days. Hoping to just have a performance against Toronto.
