Robert has been living in West Wales for quite a while now but he has carried on doing what he is very good at which is writing about the history of our game. Aided by Graham Williams they have together just produced "A Northern Union Man" which is the biography of Harold Wagstaff.
Known as the "Prince of Centres, he was one of the key players in the development of rugby league in the early twentieth century.

It's title is "A Northern Union Man" and is now on sale in the WH Smith store in Halifax.
