Nice shirt - but once again the club has missed a pre-Christmas marketing opportunity. How hard would it have been to organise a launch event for sponsors and supporters to see the new shirt in the flesh, meet the new players and place orders for the new shirt if none were available for sale on the night? Get a few stocking fillers in for sale for sale on the night even - hats, scarves, gloves etc. Just a missed opportunity in my opinion.

Strange one as they may have picked up some people impulse buying so it does seem they missed a trick. On the other hand with it been a Samurai product they may have thought it would be better if people don't see the quality before ordering. On the shirt itself, I see a lot of people fawning over it and I think it looks decent but at the end of the day there is only so much you can do with a blue and white shirt. Not a fan of the logo though but hey ho.

It is smart enough and most importantly Blue and White hoops. But, for example, York have had a pop up store in in the city centre open for a couple of weeks now selling home and away shirts amongst other merchandise. Simples.

Anyone know if the shop will be open pre-christmas ?
like many not a fan of online shopping-waiting weeks for something that doesn't fit when it finally arrives.
I got a Sumauri polo and shirt last year in same size-one's tight and other baggy and often tempted to buy other bits
while in shop.

Does anyone remember a number of years ago (15?) 'Fax had a marketing night in a nightclub,, been so long since I cannot place the name of the joint, used to be ABC cinema for you older guys, saw the new strip, met players, general update on what was happening within the club. A lot of interest was shown and probably the last time decent crowds were in attendance that season,
Where is that marketing acumen now?, as others have said "marketing sadly missing moments of inspiration"

Thought I saw something about a Pop up in the Borough Market this weekend, but can’t seem to find it now. Probably because I’m poop on this stuff.
