"Fev fans" - all of them or a few vociferous ones on social media (and yes there certainly are some)?
Every club has a few mouthy fans who either get full of themselves when they do well, or get jealous and bitchy when other clubs do better than them.

Soooo.... it was a couple of Fans which had Champions printed on the shirts, thanks for letting us know

Batley fans will tell you that Day and Harrison were good players at the Mount and they are right, they both won player of the season awards the last year they were there I think. I think they have both progressed since joining Fev but it's not like they have improved out of nowhere.

Chisholm just wasn't at the right place at Bradford, Kear is a good coach but they are like chalk and cheese. He seems much happier at Fev, he's a bit inconsistent like all half backs at this level but he does loads of good things for us.

I can't even remember this and presumably you're talking about 10 years ago so rather than clinging to this maybe it's time to let it go?

having watched both day and harrison at batley i dont think either were any where near as good as they are now the reason i ask is you say halifax cant attract the same caliber of players as featherstone i see these 3 players as some of your best players but dont you think we could attract a player like chisholm who was on is outers at bradford or the other 2 day and harrison who where playing for a struggling batley side if i remember correctly halifax finished in the top 4 when you signed day and harrison so we would have been able to afford them

Yes I did! They were both outstanding players and I am delighted to see them continue to progress
Harrison was rejected by Bradford and we took him on and he really began to develop. Day is one of the Championship's most underrated players and is a bit of a beast!
