Don't tell me what I'd be doing if we'd lost, I've never subscribed to the argument that the best team can lose. RL is about taking (and fluffing) chances, not how long you can keep hold of the ball.

It was a close game, but we just edged it.

So they should look more likely to score when they had more possesion but The Champions did score when the chances were there and thats why we are The Champs.

Well, before you go scuttling back to the Whino board with your "Those Cas fans" diatribe, it's probably worth pointing out it was Wakey fan who said that.

For me, I'm more than happy with that performance tonight and it's a bonus that KR have kept us in the top eight.. Thanks! I'd like to commisserate Leeds for losing the CASTLEFORD lad Rob Burrow early doors, but given that Cas had to face a fresh and fit Leeds side with five first teamers of their own missing, and then lost Goldy in the first half, I'm afraid I just can't bring myself to give a sh*t about poor little Rob.

The fact is that - unless you think Cas have a chance of winning the League this year - you'd better make the most of 'your cup final' because you won't be seeing too many more this season.

On the other hand, we're still in with a shout of one and if we can get our key players fit we've still got a chance of getting there.

I've just got back, I feel absolutely robbed but we should have made our chances count. We can all say we deserved to win, the refs were poor, whatever. The fact is, we didn't score enough points.

Very proud of the team though, with so many injuries and playing a strong (full strength?) Leeds side who have had a week off we looked great. Let's start playing like that every week because we'll beat a lot of teams on that performance.

Leeds will relish in the win, as we would have but I think we have nothing to be ashamed of and if anything should take more out of the game than Leeds.

As a neutral I thought it was a fantastic end to end game, the conditions helped with the handling errors, whoever lost they'd feel gutted, it was just one of the games.
